My stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect - it was close to the bus station in Piazza Malpighi, which made it very convenient for transportation to and from the hotel. Not to mention, it was just a short 10-minute walk to the central plaza and the interesting centre of Bologna. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, even arranging a taxi for me and waking me up when I was running late. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with basic amenities like a private bathroom and a shared kitchen where I could make tea or coffee. Plus, the breakfast served had freshly brewed coffee, a perfect way to start the day!
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to Piazza Maggiore, the heart of the city, and close to everything you want to see in Bologna. The room is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The host is helpful and always willing to explain everything. The kitchen is available for use, and there are shops and cafes nearby.
The communication with the hotel regarding the arrival time was a bit difficult, but eventually, everything was sorted out.

Excellent location with easy walking distance to tourist center and cafes/restaurants. Spacious room with own bathroom. Helpful information and tips from the owner. Cosy and comfortable apartment in an old building
